The Tenderee is Institute of electronics, Chinese academy of sciences. Entrusted by Institute of electronics, Chinese academy of sciences (Tenderee), Beijing Guoke Junyou Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. (Tendering Agent) is responsible for international competitive bidding procurement on this project.
