中國海洋石油總公司受買方委托對下列產品及服務進行國際公開競爭性招標。現邀請合格投標人參加投標。

1、招標產品的名稱、數量及主要技術參數：
柴油發電機組設備包（8臺柴油發電機組＋2臺應急發電機組），
1) Diesel Engine:
? ★Horsepower : to be matched in according to rating of generator ; With 110% Over Power
? Rotary Speed: 1000/1500rpm.
? ★Cooling form : Seawater cooling.
? Stroke：Four.
? Turbocharged-aftercooled.
? Rotation direction（from flywheel end）: counterclockwise
? ★Emissions meet IMO standard.
? ★MARPOL-73/78.
? Fuel consumption ：should not exceed 212L/hour on a load factor of approximately 50 percent.
? Start form: Air started. (Auto & hand operated).
? Lube oil changed interval：Should not less than 1000 hours.
? Perform normal start/stop and emergency shutdown by remote control switch.
2) Generator:
? The three phase self-regulating, brushless synchronous alternator with built-in exciter machine and electronic voltage regulator shall be suited for the Electrical Propulsion System, which shall be adopted with the Liftboat.
? Type: Based on the supply for Marine application
? Rotary Speed: 1000/1500rpm
? Voltage: 3 phase, 600V, 50HZ.
? ★ Rating: ≧ 1375 KVA (1100KW)
? ★Power factor: 0.8
? Phase number: 3 phase/3wires
? Sub-transient reactance Xd”: Approx 13,6% (Final data shall be selected according to THD and Short Circuit Current calculations in the Engineering phase.)
? Efficiency at rated load: Not less than 96% at pf 0.8
? Insulation class/ temperature rise: F / F
? Ambient Temperature: 0 to 50 °C
? Degree of Protection: Minimum IP23.
? Type of construction: Horizontal, two bearing.
? Cooling Method: Air cooled or cooled (According to the space of engine room and ventilation design for engine room)
3) The engine and alternator are mounted on the common structural steel skid, the engine is directly coupled to the alternator through flexible coupling.
★4) Engine, generator and package generator set shall all be cirtified by ABS、approved.
5) Tilt angle meet ABS steel vessel rule (latest version).
6) Noise limitation:110 dBA@10meter

2、招標文件售價：每套售價為2500元人民幣或350美元，售后不退 (郵購須另加400元人民幣或50美元，在收到招標邀請中指定銀行的現金匯款或匯款單后即可郵寄標書)。

3、購買招標文件時間：即日起至投標截止時間止，每天09:00-16:00，節假日除外

4、購買招標文件地點：2500元人民幣或350美元，售后不退 (郵購須另加400元人民幣或50美元，在收到招標邀請中指定銀行的現金匯款或匯款單后即可郵寄標書)。
