中國海洋石油總公司受買方委托對下列產品及服務進行國際公開競爭性招標�，F邀請合格投標人參加投標。

1、招標產品的名稱、數量及主要技術參數：
吊機設備包 ,4臺,交貨期10個月。
*2.3.1 Boom length 42.672m(140feet) 33.528m(110feet)

Auxiliary hoist：approx. 45.5m Main hoist：approx.34 m
Auxiliary hoist：approx.35.5m
*2.3.3 Min. projection radius ≤8.0m ≤8.0m
*2.3.4 Max. rated Safety work load: Main hoist：≥ 90MT @reach = 8.0 m；
Main hoist：≥ 35MT @reach = 20 m；
Main hoist: ≥ 12MT @reach= 42.6m；
Auxiliary hoist: ≥ 9.5MT@ reach = 42.6 m
Main hoist：≥ 35MT @reach = 8.0m；
Main hoist：≥25 MT@reach = 20m；
Main hoist：≥ 9MT@reach = 33.5m ；

The Supplier(s) shall provide load charts and boom characteristic curves under various working conditions (weight unit: Metric tons)
The Supplier(s) shall provide load acceleration diagram and load offlead perpendicular to boom information when bidding.
*2.3.5 Max. hook speed Main hoist： ≥10 m/min @Full load
Auxiliary hoist: ≥30 m/min @Full load Main hoist： ≥20 m/min @Full load
Auxiliary hoist: ≥30 m/min @Full load
2.3.6 Swing speed ≥180 Degree per minutes，360°rotation with no limit at all directions (under the condition of max. Boom radius, hook’s full load and 3°inclination of the deck)
2.3.7 Boom luffing speed ≤180sec (Max. rated dynamtic load) ≤160sec (Max. rated dynamtic load)
Supplier shall provide boom luffing speed @ Max. rated dnamtic load and no load.
2.3.8 Crane power The lifting, rotate and boom up & down of the crane shall can work simultaneous, and any two motion can be done at Max. load@Max. speed simultaneous.
*2.3.9 Max. Lifting height above sea level ≥90m ≥70m
2.3.10 Design working life ≥25years
2.3.11 Boom angle 0～80 degree 0～80 degree

2、招標文件售價：3000元人民幣或400美元，售后不退 (郵購須另加400元人民幣或50美元，在收到招標邀請中指定銀行的現金匯款或匯款單后即可郵寄標書)

3、購買招標文件時間：即日起至投標截止時間止，每天09:00-16:00，節假日除外
